Rest
We should not just think of rest as doing nothing...
Resting also means changing activities, relaxing, enjoying free time or sleeping. Physical fatigue is an unpleasant sensation in the body, which is caused by muscle fatigue. This unpleasant sensation varies in location depending on the muscles most used at work; it can cause acute or chronic pain. People who do not rest enough can accumulate intense and continuous fatigue.
We must therefore consider that rest is necessary not only to avoid damage to our health, but also to be able to achieve better performance in the tasks we are carrying out, improving attention and concentration.
There are several ways to rest:
Reading. Reading keeps our brain in shape.
Being in contact with nature is relaxing.
Being alone.
Listen to music.
Walking, running or doing physical exercise.
Take a bath.
