Physical Activity

Always avoid a sedentary lifestyle. Promote physical activity in your daily life:

  • Get off the bus earlier than you usually do.

  • He prefers the stairs instead of the elevator.

  • Use bike paths, cycle routes or pedestrian trails near you.

  • Take active breaks at home or at work.

  • Explore activities that involve exercise: gym, swimming classes, Zumba, dance classes, using a bicycle instead of a car.
